what second letter mean after we applied citizenship?

sorry to ask this simple question, i saw the timeline of citizenship application, there is a line called second letter, what does this mean?
I received phone call after sending my application to confirm my address (almost two weeks ago, still no passport back), after I receive my passport, will department of justice send us a second letter? if so, for what?

It is short for 'second-stage letter'. The letter will clearly say that 'your application has been moved to the second stage'.

Not first-degree knowledge. I had the same question and searched this forum.
