Supporting documents not returned yet

Hi all,

We sent passport application for my wife a while back. The application was approved and new passport received. They said they will send back the supporting documents (Citizenship certificate, old passports) separately, but it has now been weeks and nothing received.

Is there a number we can call to check where the documents are?

They are normally returned together.

We were told they will be sent separately. Passport was received but supporting documents including citizenship certificate have still not been returned.

Hi there, you probably misunderstood. The passport/supporting documents will be returned separately not the supporting documents itself. It doesn't make sense to separate naturalisation cert. and old passports.

Update: I have now received my docs on 24/12 (it didn't even take 4 weeks).
