cancellation of fee waiver application

I really appreciate you time and advice

I am on spouse visa expired on 12/12/2021. on 14/11/2021 I allied for fee waiver application and haven't received the decision yet. The reason because I couldn't get bank statement from my home country, that because the bank was closed for 2 months due to the employees' sit-in as well as it was in a conflict region.

Now I just received my bank statement from my home country. I would like to cancel the fee waiver application and apply for my spouse visa extension normally.

1- Could you please inform me how to cancel the waiver application,
2- when shall I submit my visa application (is it before or after the cancellation) & (is there any time limit).
3- will that be affected my 5 years rout visa?
Note/ I tried to cancel it through Gov.uk but the options for selection your application category doesn't include the fee waiver application.

There's no point cancelling the fee waiver application. I will suggest you to wait for them to get back to you and if they refused the fee waiver application then you will be given 10 working days to apply for your FLR and retain your section 3C.
