Skilled Worker Visa - 2 job offers, second visa application - Confused

My query is regarding Skilled Worker Visa, with two job offers.

While working on ICT Tier2 visa, I secured Skilled Worker Visa (BRP arrived) from a new employer.
Now that I am serving notice period, I get another offer who are ready to sponsor and they raised a new CoS.
If I submit second visa application (this time as Change of Employment since I already have skilled visa) will Home Office approve it, or reject for the reason that I have not joined my new employer who secured me the visa the first time.

Kindly advice, I am utterly confused, I want to take up the second offer but hesitant to file another application to not be seen as violating immigraion rules.

you can but you are already in breach of immigration laws..
if you got the BRP for the new job .. you CANNOT work for the ICT employer .. even if you are serving notice period.
I suggest contact an immigration lawyer
