Please go through the recent available version of SET (O) form, and it should list all the documents that need to be submitted along with the application.

Hi...Do not forget to submit P60 of first 4 years, all pay slips of last year (5th yr) and bank statements showing your pay of last year. Also it is essential to submit a letter from your employer that you are still in employment.

do you really think it's necessary to provide P60's for the last 4 years and payslips for the entire last year????

i only sent two P60's and my last three pay slips....it just seems redundant. your P60 shows what you earned for the year, why send more payslips?

agree with the letter from your employer though

You do not need to submit anything more than what is listed in the SET (O) form and the guidance notes.

If UKBA feel the need for any additional documents they will ask you for the same.

I think as long as you provided P60s covering the whole 5 years period, that will be fine. I have a friend who was asked to submit only last 12 months' parslips (ILR granted).
