Spouse visa bio July 2021 timeline

Bio data 26 July 2021 VFS Islamabad spouse visa for my wife.
Email received on 17 August 2021 ( your application has been assessed and 21 days to submit the passport to the VFS office in Islamabad.
Submitted 19 August 2021.
Escalated it a few times since nothing meaningful through their paid email service.
14 December asked my MP to help and his office did call the home office and informed me that the application is under consideration.

26 July 2021 was 166 days ago
26 July 2021 was 120 working days ago
