UK and US H1B case

Hi All,

I need urget guidance from your side.

This is Sukumar. I need an urget assitance on my case.
I am on HSMP till September 2010 [1+4]. I am due to apply for PR in UK August ist week 2010 in UK.

Recently I got H1B for US till August 2011.

My questions are:

(1) Can I got to America after getting UK PR in Oct 2010 and work on US based on current H1B valid visa till 2011 and also apply for extension to H1B in US ?

Could you also advise me in relation to UK and US what is the best approach in my case so that I get PR in UK and also work in US also?
