Returning ILR? After ceremony

Post by Lawb1ding » Wed Jan 12, 2022 9:29 pm

Hi,

My wife's ceremony is due on 20th, and all the guidance talk about returning your BRP.

Is her ILR sticker, her BRP?

If so, how does she return this when it's in her passport?

Passport is a expired passport though....

No, a sticker in the passport is not a BRP. Only a BRP card has to be returned
Char (CR001 not Casa)
