SET(LR) for Child and Spouse

Hello Mods,

Background: Spouse and child (born outside of UK) arrived in the UK on 16 Feb 2012 and have had continuous residence since (there is no gap of more than 180 days). They are both presently on Tier2 ICT Long term Dependant Visa. However, I have been granted ILR (LR) in Aug'21.

We have now submitted the application SET(LR), each separately, on 20th Jan and have secured biometrics appointment for 09th Feb.

Please can you confirm that only the following documents are to be submitted

Spouse - SET(LR)
- Copy of BRP
- Copy of Passport (All stamped pages etc)
- Copy of English Language (was taken in Dec2020 and I assume is valid)
- LIUK Reference Number (was taken in Dec2020)
- Part 1 consent
The checklist is asking me to submit many other documents (proof of co-habitation, marriage etc) which I am going to ignore as they are not relevant to SET(LR)


Child (under 18) - SET(LR)
- Copy of BRP
- Copy of Passport (All stamped pages etc)
- Parents consent letter
- Part 1 consent


Is there anything else that I need to be considering in my application?
