Citizenship certificate

Hi All,

I attended my citizenship ceremony few weeks ago, it was online. At the end lady asked did you move your house since you applied for naturalization, i said yes and she refuses to send certificate to my new address. I offered her proof of address (drivers licence, council tax , utility bill) but she said inform home office and they will comeback to me and then i will issue your certificate.

I just want to know what is the process if we come across this situation?

Believe you are supposed to update your address with HO.
