Hi,

I would like to apply family visitor visa for my mother and she got 1 year visitor visa in 2014 and came to UK and stayed for 5 months and went to India.

I have involved in a domestic case where I paid court fine in 2017 so I would like to know if I apply for my mother visitor visa then is there any impact of my previous case on my mother's visa application? please advise me
