dependant visa

Hi,

Can anybody help please!!!

My husband had applied for dependant visa. His visa got rejected because the visa officer misread the marriage certificate. He mentioned that you have met all the requirements except the marriage requirements. We dont know whether we should appeal or apply again.

its still not clear what was mis read ? why was it mis read ? from your marriage cert ?

can u pls. elaborate more ? what visa are u on ? did ur hubby apply separately ?

As of my knowledge don't go in for an appeal it's better to aplly it again as appeal may take a long time.
