Hiring someone from abroad - brother in law

I have a question and I need your help, please.

I am running a private limited company since 2019. To grow my business further, I would like to hire someone from abroad. This guy who I want to hire happens to be my Brother in law (Pakistani passport) but I am desperate for him to join my firm full time in the UK as marketing manager. This is to grow business further.

I just want to know what are my options.
