Supporting documents for Right of Abode (ROA) from Pakistan

Post by talkhome » Wed Feb 09, 2022 8:05 pm

I was wondering if Home office would accept my son’s application for ROA from pakistan without my birth certificate.

I have read the guidance and my son qualifies for
ROA on the basis of father being naturalised before his birth. However, it does say parents birth certificate required on guidance.

I have attached my Naturalisation certificate
My British passport
My wife birth certificate
Our marriage certificate
Applicant my son’s birth certificate
Applicant passport

Can someone comment if the application has a chance of any success without me attaching my own (Father of applicant’s) birth certificate.
