Survey email from homeoffice

Hi,

I have applied for my wife's spouse visa. The timeline is below:

Applied 3rd Nov 2021
Biometrics on 8th Nov 2021

Got an email from homeoffice to provide further documents end of January 2022.

Chased homeoffice on 2nd Feb about decision.

They said application is decided and they will contact my wife to go and collect her passport.

However, we haven't received any email or text or call to go and collect her passport.

But

Homeoffice sent her an email on Friday 11 Feb 2022 to provide feedback for the service they provided. I do believe this email is sent after the application is sorted and documents are returned, but nothing happened as yet.

Is this a sign of application sorted?

note that her 12 weeks to wait for decision already elapsed.

Kindly let me have your thoughts on this?

Presumed that as you were told application is sorted and that's out of UKVIs hand hence why you got the invite to review.
It's between you and the VAC to tell you to pick up passport and or documents.
