Home Office changed my 10 years Parent route to 10 years partner route.

Hello Guys,

Hello, so I recently applied for my 1st extension for my leave to remain on 10 parent route but I was granted leave to remain on 10 years partner route and the decision letter states that I qualify for ILR after 10 years on this route. I want to know if my 2.5 years spent on parent route counts towards ILR or I am starting afresh on the partner route for 10 years and can I write to the home office to request reconsideration as I meet all the language and financial requirements for the 5 years route and if so how can I go about doing this.
