Extending leave outside of rules

Post by Joe15 » Sat Feb 26, 2022 8:39 pm

Hi everyone,

I had previously been refused asylum but given leave to remain outside of the rules on private and family life basis.

Which application should I be using to extend my leave?
. FLR (DL)
. FLR (FP)

I appreciate if someone with similar experience shares their view.

Thank you

Hi, I was also given leave to remain under the same rule. I had my first application to extend my visa using the FLR (FP) 2.5yrs ago.........but it took ages to get a reply. I wasn't sure if that was the correct form but they just granted me my visa anyway.

I am wondering which form to fill out now as I am due to extend yet again next week. Someone told me to fill out the FLR(IL) form and now I am officially confused lol.

Can anyone help?
