BRC required for British Citizenship ?

Hello guys,

I am getting closer to my 12 months of holding my ILR. I recently lost my BRC more like misplaced it. I reported to home office who cancelled my BRC and advised I don’t need to apply for replacement BRC . I can rely on my digital status unless I am planning to to go aboard as this would be needed for entry in Uk.

Now I am in dilemma about applying for citizenship without my BRC. I don’t want it to be rejected for not having a BRC. Has anyone else been in my situation ? Or any suggestions/advice ?
