PBS dependant child - family consent form

Hi,
I was trying to submit ‘PBS dependant child’ visa application for skilled visa and got stuck on the application for below. It will be great if someone can help/guide here please:

- Declaration: I assume this part needs to be filled by Parent/guardian on behalf of applicant (child under 18)
- Family consent: There are 3 parts in this form which is where confusion lies i.e
Part 1 (from the applicant) - I assume child details will come here
Part 2 (from joint owner) - I assume my detail will come here (as I’m skilled visa holder)
Part 3 (financial sponsor) - I assume again my details will come here (as I’m skilled visa holder) or it should be sponsor/company as per COS - as they certify for maintenance ??
