Doc to prove right to work after extension application

Post by balixonline » Tue Mar 08, 2022 10:34 am

Hi,

asking on behalf of a friend, who has applied for an extension of his 10-year family route application. His application/biometrics were taken on 07/03 and his current visa expires on 10.03.22.

He is self-employed and works for the likes of Uber and Just eats. What evidence he can provide to them so they won't put his work on hold?

Following his biometrics, he received a confirmation email from UKVCAS that "Your supporting information has been submitted to UKVI".

any suggestion is very much appreciated.

thanks.

There is a "prove right to work" service (https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work ) which I assume he can use, but might be finicky to make use of it as he won't have a direct contact with some kind of a manager I would say.
Not a qualified immigration adviser. Use links and references given to gain confirmation and/or extra information.

He did check and the status is that 'You can work in the UK until 10 March 2022'. any idea if it will be changed to application in process or similar?.
