Extending Leave to Remain

Post by andrewgibson » Tue Mar 08, 2022 2:32 pm

Hello everybody,

My wife is currently on a Leave to Remain family visa for 30 months. When this comes to an end she needs to apply for another 30 month family visa to go down the five year partner route. I've been on the government website but keep going around in circles and can't see where or how to apply to extend her visa. Can anybody help?

Thanks,
Andrew

(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Note the English language minimum A2 requirements.

If possible, then B1 is better.
