I have 2 questions,
What would happen if I applied for my wife's visa before 6 months and she came to the UK on a taurist visa? Would she be deported ?
Also I've heard that the British government only accepted a certain amount of people into the UK per year. Obviously we currently have a refugee crisis in the Ukraine
My wife is Japanese and I will be applying for a spouse visa.
