BRP errors correction response after asking for my information and postcode Address

Good Morning everyone,

I don't know May be this is a right place for me to ask for a response concerning my BRP error.

. My vignette and BRP indicated No work, No Engaging in Business No public, and as dependent for my wife a masters student in uk, I think I should be able to work?

. Before 10 days I quickly take action and email Gov. Ukvi through the university immediately,
But since 18/02/2020, I have not heat anything,

The only Spammy Spammer from them the second day was,
Thank you for your email to the above query ,
That it has redirected to error clearance,

Till now I did not hear anything again.
Please some should help me, what should I do?

As a dependent to my wife it was stated No Work No Business both in Vignette and BRP,
As dependent of postgraduate student I should be able to work?
I have Lodge complain to Gov. Ukvi more than 10 days No any information from them,
Please what to do next?
Am worried.

After several information required from me while I report working conditions on my vignette and BRP as a Dependent for my wife a postgraduate student in uk,
After reporting the case to BRP Entry Error I got a reply indicating my process has been redirected,
. Them After many working days, the BRP Error correction , required following information.
. Names
. Case Reference
. Postcode Address to return the BRP
. My Sheffi picture

I sent it immediately,
Since last week Friday my BRP has not been delivered
Am worried,

I have a slightly similar situation. Error of Date of birth on BRP, reported via online form and after auto response in email address, there's been no response. It is going to 3 weeks now and I can see that the card has been invalidated as I can't generate a sharecode with either of the eight or wrong date of birth. How long did it take you get an email response requesting name, case reference etc.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated
