When to apply for ILR?

Post by JS28 » Sun Mar 20, 2022 1:45 pm

My wife was granted FLRM/spouse visa in May 2017. This date was the letter of visa approval. Her current spouse visa as per the BRP ends in July 2022.

When is the earliest she can apply for ILR?

What documents are needed to send with this application?

Thanks

When did she enter UK on the initial spouse visa or did she apply from inside UK if yes what visa was she on before?

No, she was on tier 2 dependent visa and switched to FLRM when I got my ILR.

Within 28 days of completing her 60 months under family route, from the date of FLR(M) approval
