Deal ALL,
My family and private life application refused today with out-of-country appeal right. We are a family of 3 where my only daughter is near 5. They said:
" Your claim has been certified as clearly unfounded under section 94 of the Nationality,
Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.
You can appeal this decision to refuse your human rights claim, but only after you have
left the United Kingdom. Instructions on how to appeal are in the ‘next steps’ section of
this letter.
You must leave the UK now because you are liable to be detained and removed.
"
At the moment my wife is pregnant and not possible to go back and apply. I came to this country in 2007 and since 2016 I overstayed.
What should I do now if anyone experienced advice would be nice.
Thank you
