Financial Requirement - Category A OR Category F/G

Hi
Currently the Sponsor is British Citizen, employed part-time with Non Specified limited company having fixed salary of £1,600/- per month for more than 6 Months from (1st Oct 2021 till date April 2022) making Gross Salary of £19,200/-

Wants to sponser his wife's Spouse Visa on 16th April 2022
Applicant will apply from India.

Does the Financial requirement for source of income is met under category A ? OR Category F/G as the sponsor was employed with specified limited company ( Father's Business ) before Oct 2021.
Sponsor was employed part-time with specified limited company from Jan 2020 till Sep 2021 with variable annual gross salary of £6500/-

How to determine the Catergory for meeting the source of income with Financial requirement ? 6 Months OR 12 Months ?

Does the sponsor has to combine the source of income of both Specified limited company and Non specified limited company for last 12 months before application with category F OR rely upon the latest 6 months
of Salary as source of Income with Category A.
