Hi, advice needed, here is the scenario , son is Uk citizen wife is in Pakistani national , , both were in dubai in November and had nikah done , via zoom video from pakistan. Son returned to Uk and wife returned to pakistan, and marriage is registered in pakistan with NADRA , now in march son went to pakistan and had Ruksati and returned to Uk and now we want to make application for spouse visa for wife , we have all documents required in list , eg . Job , accommodation, chat, TB cert , and so on, will there be any issues with the nikah as it was done in dubai over zoom .is my question , please help

To confirm, both husband and wife were present in Dubai and conducted a Nikkah ceremony?
If this was in person, why do you need to mention the fact it was done via Zoom in Pakistan?

As long as you have a nikama in both English and Urdu (attested copy) it should be fine

Question: Can you evidence the nikkah screenshot of both groom and bride?
Question: Do you have a picture of both husband and wife on rukhstaki ceremony?

Explain in your supporting statement that you held two ceremonies, one to prepare Pakistani paperwork and satisfy an islamic marriage as you both were on holiday in UAE, DUBAI

Then a rukhstati (explain its when the bride leaves her family home) and provide photos of it actually happening so there is no doubt.
