How long to enter the country on spose visa

Hi,
How long does a person have to get to the UK when a spouse visa is approved. Someone told me that they have to get here within 1 month

Will it have the date the on the passport after they give it back?

90 days. A visa vignette is stuck in the passport with a valid from and expiry date to facilitate entry to the UK.
