ILR submission date issue

Hi all,
I need one help,
is there any such requirement that, if we apply for ILR set(o) application, we have to be on that date (application submission date, for example (07 july 2022)) all 5 years in uk .

Do we need to be on that date in uk for all 5 years((07 july 2019,07 july 2020,07 july 2021,07 july 2022,07 july 2023,) ?

No there is no such requirement for ILR.
