UK - Indefinite Leave Remain (ILR) apply date

Hi,

My first visa was Tier-2 Short Term ICT Dependent for 1 year:
Visa started on 03/06/2016
UK arrival date 06/06/2016
Visa Ended on 02/06/2017

My second visa Tier-2 general for 3 years:
Visa started on 14/06/2017,
UK arrival Date : 14/07/2017
Visa Ended on : 13/06/2020

My third visa Tier-2 general for 3 years (with same employer, as visa extension):

Visa started on 23/03/2020,
UK arrival Date : I was in UK during extension
Visa Ended on : 22/03/2023

Please help me with below questions:

When will I be eligible for ILR ? Is it 28 days before 14/06/2022 or 28 days before 14/07/2022

What document we need ?
