PBS VISA EXTENSION IF PARTNER HAS ILR

My husband came under the tier 2 health and care dependent visa. I now have an ILR but he has only stayed in the UK for 2 years, when he renews his visa, will it be to extend his current visa? Will I need to provide a CoS?

Yes, but only if you got ILR based on 5 years PBS route visa. It will be a 3 year extension.

Will I need to provide a CoS?

Not a new one no. You need to provide the details of the last CoS you had.
