Citizenship for baby born in UK

Post by praghavendrapraveen » Mon May 09, 2022 7:00 pm

Hello,

I am due for my ILR in Aug'22 and my spouse will be in November'22 (to complete 5 years as my dependent).
Our both kids were born in UK and currently hold Indian citizenship and passport. Once I am successful in ILR, can I apply for citizenship for my kids without applying for ILR? or I do need to wait until my spouse get ILR?

Thanks
Rag
