Ihs payment problem. Spouse visa IHS

I did won an spouse visa appeal, now the UKVI send me email to pay the IHS I opened ones now it doesn't work! Top up key has been cancelled.

I did send email to ihs Sheffield and ukvi apacsuport but they don't send me new link y deadline is on few days what should I do.

Does anyone paid them on main website? Can my solicitor pay through my old application?

If you have a solicitor than I would contact the solicitor and see how the solicitor may be able to help.
