Dear All,

This is my first post and i am looking for initial help to apply for canada immigration, I have checked point system and i am eligible for immigration and now i am looking for next procedure, I have to submit my application first week of January, 09.

Looking for help in documentation, application prepration etc.

By profession I am software engineer.

Why do you have to submit first week in Jan? Are you applying for a work permit or as a skilled worker?

If you do not have a job lined up your occupation will need to be on a list of around 37 jobs which has not yet been announced. This list will be applied to all applications going back to end Feb 08 when system changed. If your job is not on the list your application may be returned to you. I imagine IT will figure quite prominently on the list, which is supposed to be announced around Christmas.

Your best bet is to wait and see what the new instructions will be. You could probably still apply January. The good news is that you will be looking at much faster processing times.

Keep an eye on the CIC website for news.

I will apply for canada immigration. Ok but what do you think will they change the documentation process as well ?

I checked that website but i don't able to find any useful information. I will be glad if any you/member guide me in following:

1. Filled Form
2. Payment Recipit
