Skilled worker visa delay, date of joining in 4 days

Hi all, We had biometrics for skilled worker visa with main applicant and 3 dependents on 14 April 2022 in Pakistan. the work start date mentioned on CoS is 23rd may which is too close now.
Emailed them last week and this week, got the same reply both times saying a decision is awaited - it has been over 4 working weeks now. can anyone share recent experience with skilled worker visa after the ukraine visa delays started.
