hello everyone.my husband is romanian and self employed and paying his national insurance contributions and he thought to apply for child benefits .we will soon be making an in country application to try and regularise my stay .we have been married 7 months now. now the problem comes in the application form they want joint details for spouse as well .am abit afraid to go through with it will they find out am a overstayer?should i be scared i have a national insurance number as i was on a student visa .i have 2 children.please advise.thank you.
