Citizenship for ILR child dependent

My daughter was born in the UK (2018) and is on a dependent visa. I was on a student visa when we applied for her dependent visa in 2019 which will expire in September 2022. I have ILR visa since Dec 2020 and we are planning to apply for British Citizenship before her visa expires. is it possible? Does she needs to apply for ILR before applying for British or I can apply for her British Citizenship directly ?
