Proof of ILR Application

Good Morning All,

My spouse 5 year visa expires on the 28th of May. She did her biometric and made her application on the 17th of May. The only notification we received was from sopra saying documents had been submitted to home office

My spouse employer is currently asking for letter from the home office or any other document to show proof of application or else she will stop working

Any advice what to do as we don't have any letter from home office or reference number
