Pending existing application if laws changes

Post by bob919 » Wed Nov 26, 2008 11:48 am

Hello,

Can somebody enlighten me about what happened, if somebody's application was submitted say 2 years ago and still underconsideration and the law change say today.

My question is: will the application be based on todays law or will it be based on the date that the application was submitted?
