Passport Validity Query - Tier 2 to Health Care visa - Extension

Hi,

We are about to extend the Tier2 visa issued in Aug 2019 to Health Care visa coming Aug 2022.

My kids passport validity is till Nov 2022. Is it OK to extend dependent visa with passport validity with just 2-3 months while applying for extension within UK.

Do we require 3/6 months validity in passport or is it OK if the passport is valid with sufficient blank pages while applying / appearing for biometrics ?

It needs to be valid when you apply and for identity check at biometric appointment.

Having sufficient blank pages is irrelevant to visas applied for within the UK.
