Skiller worked Child Dependant VISA

Hi,

I am requesting for child dependant VISA (Born in UK) under skilled worker category. I have submitted the application and paid IHS and application fee. However when I am checking required documents, there two consent forms it is asking to me to submit.

The first one is
PART 1: Consent for the Home Office to verify application information (It says applicant has to sign)
PART 2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information
PART 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party

The second one is
Consent to the application:
Father’s consent
I _________________________________ (name of father) consent to this
application for the registration of ____________________________ (name of child)
as a British citizen

Mother’s consent
I _________________________________ (name of mother) consent to this
application for the registration of ____________________________ (name of child)
as a British citizen.

I am confused as why it is asking me to sign the consent to register as British citizen.

Could you please confirm whether I would need to provide above consents for child dependant VISA.
