Hi

Im Mohammed working in CANADA on work permit since 6 months .

And im indain passport holder .

Can i apply for HSMP-Teir 1 in Canda or not . I heard that we need to apply in our home country . Is it true or false

Please let me know quickly

Canada is now your country of residence. Read the Tier 1 Guidance Notes to see if you may apply from your country of residence.

This used to be allowed, but you should check the latest rules.
