Sponsorship for a chef from UK please guide

Dear Seniors.

I am getting a sponsorship from UK to work in a restaurant as a chef. I am a newbie and i need your guidance in order to understand how these things work.

I checked the company which is sponsoring me it is on the Home Office list. It’s a franchise and they need staff. I have relevant experience in my home country.

If i have the sponsorship and they provide me all the documents. I understand that i need IELTS 4.5 ukvi. And a bank statement probably. Will there be an interview before visa? And what are the Visa success chance? Should i apply 3 years or 5 years? It looks like everything is straight forward but what things should i be careful about. Please help i will be ever grateful. Thanks
