Partner Declaration Form Error

Hi,

I was completing the SET (M) form, and It stated that I have to download and sign the partner form, which I was unable to open. This form is neccessary for the application.

Anyone else having difficulty accessing the "Declaration for spouses, civil partners, proposed civil partners" form on the Visa application portal?

I also tried to go to the direct link as well.

It keeps saying access denied and has lots of coding.
