Earning Period

Hi Everyone
I am paid salary monthly on 15th of every following month,
so for month Oct 2007, I was paid salary on 15-Nov-2007
so for month Nov 2007, I was paid salary on 15-Dec-2007
....
so for month Sep 2008, I was paid salary on 15-Oct-2008

Now i want to know, what should i put in start date and end date of the period for which the applicat is claiming points, if want to use calendar months Oct 2007 - Sep 2008

Should it be: 1-Oct-2008 to 30-Sep-2008

or

Should it be: 16-Oct-2008 to 15-Oct-2008

or

Should it be: 15-Nov-2008 to 15-Oct-2008

Just put November 07 to October 08 and send the bank statements. Whatever the date is on the payslip write it down if you wanna be more precise i.e from 15nov to 15oct. earnings should be of continueous 12months between 15 months immediately before applying...

What does your pay slips say regarding the period? If the Salary Slip states month of earning as say Oct 2008 (or 9/12) then you should be using Oct as the start date of the earnings period. Expplain it in your cover letter that you are paid 15 days in arrear so the earnings for OCtober wull appear in the Bank Statemet of November only
