Impending points on my licence while application in home office

Post by Davido9177 » Fri Jun 17, 2022 1:32 pm

Hi esteemed members,

My nationalisation application has been in the home office since September 2021. I have had a clean record so far but I have had a letter from the police of a notice of prosecution for doing 47mph in a 40mph zone which is likely to result in points or fines(not sure) . I guess what I want to know is should I report this to the home office when it is set and done and how do I go about doing this ?

I look forward to your most counsel on this matter.

Many thanks.

Hello

You don't report anything.

Your application was true at the moment you submitted it. You don't update the Home Office about your driving records after the application.
