Employer change and ILR due date

Post by zhd » Wed Jun 22, 2022 11:08 pm

I’m on Skilled Worker (Tier 2) visa since 01 November 2020 and my ILR should be due on 01 November 2025. My questions are:
  • If I change job to a new employer (they will provide new CoS), will my ILR due date remain the same (01 November 2025)?
  • If I start my new job from 01 November 2022, do I just need 3 years CoS (01 November 2025 - 01 November 2022 = 3 years) from new employer to reach ILR?
  • My current (including my dependent) visa will expire on 31 October 2023. Can they remain on existing visa until their visa expire (31 October 2023) even if I change my job?
Thanking in advance for your reply
