IRP Renewal - documents will not upload

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to renew an IRP stamp 1G but am not able to upload any documents. The website just thinks and then gives an error message [object XMLHttpRequest]. Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried multiple computers but nothing appears to work.
I have sent an email with the issue, but am aware it may take a while for a response.

did you try incognito? what browser are you using?
most webforms expect you to use Chrome tbh

It could be to do with resolution of the files OR type of the file . What file format are they

It says, We accept PDF, and JPG/JPEG file types only ?

Make sure the naming of the file is all letters or dashes no spaces! The naming is the issue most of the time

hi lads, same issues over here today. just had a code [object XMLHttpRequest] for every file i uploaded (jpeg and pdf). Can't seem to proceed to next page. Does any one has any way round this? Thank you.

check what does the console say (hit f12 in Chrome) when you try to upload it? it's looking at it from IT perespective, but maybe that'll give some options

its working now. after payment it just said Ok. is that normal?

Same for me on the form to try and pay the Citizenship Certificate Fee for the naturalization process, for trying to get approval for the upcoming naturalization ceremony. I tried multiple times since Saturday, I get an HTTP error every time trying to upload any of the documents.
