A friend of mine has made an application for ILR but her partner has not met the financial requirement.
Applicant's partner worked part-time due to covid and on the day of application had 1 month full-time.
The calculated income for 6 months was well below £9,300.
Now the UKVI have written back asking the applicant to submit documentation to prove the required level of income.
Two months have passed since the day of application and the applicant's partner has 3 months full-time but still falls short to satisfy the requirement.
The question is, can a bonus received recently be used to cover the missing amount in order to satisfy the financial requirement?
Is the six months period up to current date or up to the date of the application?

We are considering your application and need further information from you. Please provide the following within 10 working days of the date of this request:
We have noticed on your application you have stated you do not meet the financial requirement and you have not provided any financial evidence.
We are giving you the opportunity to provide evidence in order for you to meet the minimum income requirement.
Please provide these documents electronically in a PDF format to the following email address.
