Applying for my fiancee visa to UK

HI I am trying to apply for my fiancee visa to UK (Spouse visa), i want to know what things i will need to show for the accommodation proof, what are the must things
1) House contract
2) Council tax
3) Gas and electricity bills

Please let me know , will be very helpful.

House contract, if applicable.

Provide evidence that the accommodation is adequate.

Bills not required to be shown as such at this point.
What do you mean "stuff like that"?

What i mean is council tax and gas and electricity bills. Based on what you saying is that the house contract is enough.
