Applying for my fiancee visa to UK

HI I am trying to apply for my fiancee visa to UK (Spouse visa), i want to know what things i will need to show for the accommodation proof, what are the must things
1) House contract
2) Council tax
3) Gas and electricity bills

Please let me know , will be very helpful.

House contract, if applicable.

What i mean is council tax and gas and electricity bills. Based on what you saying is that the house contract is enough.
